Last week was not fun for us. Abby was not feeling well and woke up from her nap on Tuesday afternoon with a very high temperature of nearly 104. Needless to say I made a doctors appointment for her right away and it turned out my poor baby had a sinus infection. I thought all would be better as soon as she got on antibiotics but things got worse before they got better. She continued to have a fever for the next couple of days and was throwing up. It is so hard to see your own child sick, the feeling of helplessness is overwhelming. Luckily, she started feeling better just in time for the weekend because we had some big plans (see next post).
For those of you who know Abby well, you know she doesn't fall asleep just anywhere. Well, while she was sick she passed out in her chair while watching a movie. Looking at this picture, you know she was sick!!

That could be Gabriel and I this past week!! He went to the Dr with a ear infection...and slept on the couch for two days...now I'm trying to get over it. I'm so sorry. Poor baby. They are so pitiful sick!
